The APS-e4 is a portable invasive electrotherapy device designed for physiotherapists. Compatible with multiple techniques (electropuncture, neuromodulation, TENS, microcurrents, pointer and electrolysis), it can work with different types of current (galvanic, biphasic and monophasic).
Available in two versions:
It has a 3.5″ TFT screen, USB-C rechargeable battery and 100% customisable parameters. Compact, lightweight and upgradeable, it is a professional and scalable solution for advanced physiotherapy.
Two models adapted to the real needs of professionals.
The APS-e4 is currently available in two versions, designed to meet the needs of both those seeking maximum therapeutic versatility and those focusing on a specific technique, such as electrolysis.

The APS-e4 is a clinical device specialised in invasive electrotherapy, developed to improve the effectiveness of advanced physiotherapeutic treatments. Its compact and configurable design allows the application of different techniques using electrical currents in a safe and precise way, adapting to different professional profiles and therapeutic needs.
The APS-e4 includes the following types of therapeutic current:
This range allows the physiotherapist to adapt the treatment to each phase of the therapeutic process.
The APS-e4 allows the application of different invasive electrotherapy treatments, each with specific benefits tailored to the patient’s needs:
Dry electro-puncture: Acts on myofascial trigger points to release muscle tension and relieve pain. The high and low frequency programmes can be modified according to the patient’s response.
-Neuromodulation: Stimulates dermatomes, myotomes or sclerotomes related to the area of pain. Helps modulate the nerve response and reduce pain perception in a non-invasive way.
-TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation): Analgesic technique used to relieve or block chronic or acute pain by means of low-intensity electrical impulses.
-Microcurrents: Subsensory stimulation that favours cell recovery, ideal for patients with hypersensitivity or in tissue regeneration processes.
-Pointer: Allows precise localisation and stimulation of the target tissue with a single needle, optimising the therapeutic intervention.
-IPEN (Intratisular Percutaneous Electrolysis): Treatment indicated for tendinopathies and muscle injuries. It generates an electrochemical effect that stimulates the regenerative processes of the affected tissue.
